Initiating a basic engineering project establishes the foundation for subsequent phases. This includes defining scope boundaries, developing preliminary designs and datasheets, and providing an initial investment estimate (+/- 15%) and schedule. Deliverables encompass process calculations and P&IDs to comprehend the process, along with equipment design and datasheets to initiate supplier inquiries.
The detailed engineering stage will determine the final design of the skid or factory; including production drawings of the equipment and structures. Sulphurnet provides an extensive documentation package suitable for your needs. This will comply with local safety and design standards and client specifications. Safety is very important and will be regarded during all stages of design and production. Both internal and collaborative HAZOP meetings are performed, documented, and followed up.
